1. MLS
Your
property will be listed on the Multiple Listing Service. Having
your property listed on the MLS is very basic, but of very
high importance. When your property is seen on the internet,
there will be a total of ten pictures.

A web
page created specifically for your property
The web
page will include more pictures, more information about your
property. The web address will be printed on all marketing
materials. After a buyer views your property, they can go
back to look more closely at the details of your home
including more pictures. This creates top of mind
awareness. It causes a potential homebuyer to remember your
property better than they remember the other properties they had
recently seen.
3.
Brochures and highlight sheets
High
quality brochures and highlight sheets will be made for your
property. For the brochure box, one page brochures on glossy
paper. For open house visitors and for buyers on a private
showing, a choice of a one page highlight sheet with all details
summarized or a multiple page brochure, which includes more
details needed for a buyer to complete a purchase agreement such
as the seller’s disclosure report and any inspection report.

The
brochure box on your for sale sign is one way for buyers to get
important information the moment they first see your house.
5. Hotline

Optional.
You can have your home inspected and warranted. When
buyers write a purchase agreement subject to a complete home
inspection, they can simply pay $100-$150 to review the inspection
with the person who did the inspection on your home. The
warranty covers such things as the furnace and water heater for
one year from the date of closing.

caller of the open house.
Other companies have similar information
lines. The Edina Realty hotline sign attached to
